I grew up right here in the heart of Sinking Spring, PA. I started my education in the Wilson School District at Lincoln Park Elementary in second grade. From there I attended Southern Jr. High where I met my future husband, and subsequently graduated from Wilson High School in 2010. Jr. High was the time my genuine interest in politics began. From elementary to high school, I was heavily involved in the musical arts. I was in the marching band, concert band, jazz band, chorus, and school musicals.
After high school, I attended West Chester University for a year and a half to pursue a degree in Political Science. Even though I did not get to finish my degree, I gained knowledge and experience while I was attending. I was also involved with the political science club during my time at West Chester University.
Upon moving back to my beautiful hometown after college, my high school sweetheart and I got married in 2014, bought our first home, and started growing our family in 2016. My husband and I now have two beautiful children, Ellie & Oliver, and three awesome cats.
I’ve worked for several local companies as an administrative assistant. Additionally, I have volunteered many times in Berks County. I have volunteered for United Way, the ARL, a local organic farm, the Obama campaign in 2008, and most recently I volunteered to be the Judge of Election for the 2024 Presidential Election at a local polling location.
I grew up in Allentown, PA and relocated to Spring Township in 2015 after meeting my wife who was born and raised in West Lawn. I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and currently work in my field in Lancaster, PA. From 2010-2016 I served in the Army National Guard as a Combat Medic. During my service I deployed to Kuwait as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. After completing my service I worked at Western Berks Ambulance Association as an EMT while pursuing my degree. I have always felt called to serve and spent a year and a half as an Elder at my church where I provided sermons, reflection messages, and support to our congregation. My wife and I have two children together.
I have lived here in Sinking Spring for 26 years. As a millennial mom and wife raising a family in the Sinking Spring community, not only can I relate to the average person, but I deeply and genuinely care about what happens here. My unwavering interest in government and passion for people has led me to this very moment: my first candidacy.
I am dedicated to improving our community by working with everyone to solve problems with common sense solutions, promote a bright future for our children, and create a safe place for everyone. With a focus on giving back to my community and bringing a fresh perspective to local government, I am committed to working hard for the good people of Spring Township as a Township Supervisor.
As a young parent to two children with special needs I care about the community and making sure Spring Township is a welcoming and friendly home to everyone. As someone new to politics I can bring a fresh perspective. As a manager I have experience making decisions that balance budget and need. We should always aim to leave a place better than we find it. As a Spring Township Supervisor I will help foster growth in the community we care about.
